To develop the training curricula of Small & Medium Department in Iraqi Almortaqa Foundation for Human Development at their three levels as well as the openness on governmental institutions and vocational organizations for cooperation in the training of the unemployed, the First Evaluative Conference of Small & Medium Projects Department was held on 16/8/2009 with the Department trainers at the foundation headquarters in Baghdad, during meeting it has been discussing the means of organizing new training curricula in various disciplines for the development of managerial staff in government institutions in collaboration with university specialized professors.
