Logistic support was the role of Almortaqa in the management of Carnival which was held in Kirkuk entitled (To Make Children Rejoice) organized by Human Rights Organization and funded by (H.P.G) on 9\10\2009 at Al-Rehab hall in Kirkuk, it has been provided an overview about Iraqi Almortaqa Foundation for Human Development and its significant current activities and projects by the Foundation's representative in Kirkuk.
