To complete the courses of (The Integrated School Project), Iraqi Almortaqa Foundation for Human Development established a number of training courses entitled (Management by Objectives) in some provinces, the first course was in Mosul at the Hall of Endowment library in Nineveh on 6/10/2009 which was attended by 22 trainees, the second was held in Kirkuk at the Hall of (Ibrahim Ismaeel) high school on 10/10/2009 with the participation of 14 trainees, at the same time another course was held in the province of Salahddin the Hall of Muslim Scientists Association attended by 12 trainees, as well as the Foundation had held two similar courses in Baghdad and both of them were in the headquarters of the Foundation, one on 3/10/2009 and the second on 10/10/2009, where participants had been received the most important methods of effective teaching, management by objectives, a group of practical exercises and brainstorming. It should be noted that these courses have been met with a great deal of admiration by the trainees who have praised the courses and those who hold them.
