Project of NGO Personnel's Capacity Building

With a unique stopping, Almortaqa adopted NGO Personnel's Capacity Building in all cities and governorates of Iraq, because of its belief in evaluating and building them rightly to make everyone of them an effective official at his specialization and a skillful person at his work to be the dynamic arm of the civil society and the promising light in the management world to complement Almortaqa mission and vision towards the better future.

The project, which is one of Almortaqa achievements in 2008, included 64 training courses participated by approximately 1414 trainees from various non-governmental institutions and organizations across the country.
