Effective Teaching Project

While no local organization within NGOs thought in developing the teaching and educational staff at the Iraqi schools, Al-Mortaqa has taken the opportunity to be proactive and initiative in entering to the heart of the academic community and opening its disconcerting prospects because of the security situation of the country and lack of awareness for the real burgeoning wealth of humanity frequenting Iraqi schools from the north to the south.

Today, it provides ready dish of the basic information necessary in the educational process to the academics leaders, the Iraqi school teachers generally (primary - middle - high) to sow its first seed this year hoping to see the positive effects with its own eyes in the years to come.

Recently, it has been able to train 1081 academic persons of teachers, managers and supervisors from the Islamic Education Directorate and Ministry of Education. While the number of schools participated in the project 249 ones spread over the provinces of Iraq. As for the number of courses through which the project have been implemented was 52 ones included a number of methods, means and participatory activities such as; (sharing the effective teaching and training procedures equally - lectures - work groups (teamwork) - workshops – and documentation).
